Bejofo Estate is located in Madagascar’s northwest Sambirano valley--home of the famous Leopard Chameleon. Bejofo Estate is an organic orchard producing Trinitario cocoa and makes up one of four lots on Bertil Akesson’s Estate. We roast to reveal notes of ripe grape and dried citrus.
